Hard to say exactly as there have still only been a few chapters with the new team so far. Art is a little wonky compared to Miura's art, but then he was an unparalleled genius when it came to art and put tonnes of details into his work, so in that sense I think they are doing an "ok" job. Better than just the series ending with his death anyway.
My main issue so far seems to be related to the pacing, "things" just seem to happen without the right build up, interactions and time to sink in, like someone was going off a cliffnotes or bullet point list "Ok, this needs to happen, right done, next this needs to happen, right done, moving on to the next scene...".
At least I get some sense of the above, having said that lets give it some time to see how they continue and evolve, maybe my sense is wrong, hard to know. I'm at least happy they are continuing the story, even if the quality and tone have obviously taken a bit of a hit.
