It looks really cool. I like that they went for the 90s batman aura. Probably will wait to rent it from redbox though.

Thought it was OK. Felt very overwritten at points and difficult to follow at times. Visually I really liked it.

Fell asleep for a good chunk of the movie due to lack of sleep 
going to see again tomorrow or next week. But what I did watch was awesome I thought Robert did an excellent job as Batman.

Does any show or movie not have the word privileged, white, or cis injected into it? Even fucking Dexter had a character who railed on cis white men more than once.
Better than Anne Hathaway but no Michelle Pfiefer.
Pretty disappointing to be honest. It's so long and drawn out, it probably would have been better if they just focused on one villain instead of cramming a bunch of them in there for no reason. Incel army as the main baddies at the end is dumb.
That being said, I think Pattison has the best bat voice in the movies and they did a great job capturing how menacing Batman is from a thugs perspective. He always looks heroic, so to see him being portrayed as intimidating is a nice touch. I think visually it looked great and had some of the best fight sequences in a Bat flick. Detective stuff was good too.
It should have been a lot shorter and more focused, as it stands I have no desire to ever sit through that again. It's meh. 3 hours is a tough sell for meh.

Best riddler in movie also. But the movie is long and has a bunch of weird things they could have cut out to make it better.
I'd have watched a six hour version, lol
I said years ago it would be interesting to have Jim Carrey come back as The Riddler but play the mentally disturbed Riddler like the one we got in this film. He has a lot of range as an actor and I think seeing him do two wildly different takes on the same character would have been great.
But Paul Dano is a great actor and I'm happy he was in it. I just wish they focused on him a lot more instead of him just being a background shadow element until the last 40 minutes or so of the movie

Making you wait makes it more worth it,
his scene in Arkham talking to Batman is one of my favorite scenes in a Batman movie

Concerned about reviews saying the film is darker then the Dark Knight (which I think should have been given an R rating with what was either shown on screen or very directly implied.) Don't know how that's possible without going into outright torture porn.
To be fair the people Batman goes after can be that nightmarish. Even the games Arkham Asylum and City have some real nasty stuff
