I like it when they add any skin blemishes moles, freckles, cellulite (lol), different boob sizes, anything that convinces me the exact same model wouldn't just be used on Mileena et al.

I got the season pass and havent logged in since the game came out. I didn't follow my own advice about season passes lol.
The first main Mortal Kombat I didn't bought, characters are so fugly. They want inclusion, well I'll exclude myself from it.

Same here. This is definitely my last MK game. Bought the premium edition that comes with season pass, last logged in the day after launch.

Its a strange one in honestly, because MK 11 was my favorite game in the series. I feel like the lack of deaths in the story and the focus on tag assists from crap characters lowerd my overall opinion.

Yeah I can relate with that too. I wasn't a fan of the direction this game took despite it being an entertaining enough story. It doesn't do much for the series as a whole.
To think they started from scratch with 9 and now we are here. It's not good imo.
I hate the assists myself. Too many fighting games these days are relying on game changing sub systems. SF6 with drive rush and drive impact. Tekken 8 with the heat system. And now MK with the partner assists. I really think all 3 of these series are worse off for these included systems.

Its strange because they reset it again, presumably because it got too convulted, but the second half goes into crazy overdrive. They are essentially back where they started at the end of 11, only with multiverse crap.

I haven't played since I beat it near launch. I put at least 20 hours into MK11 because of towers and the krypt(?) or whatever it was called, but their's nothing really interesting in MK1.
Plus despite a good early half of the story, the back half delves into the most nonsensical timeline shenanigans that makes almost as little sense as the Goku Black arc of Dragon Ball Super that I lost sanity trying to figure out what logic the writers were using. Also the post credits Havok tease was very weak... like did anyone care about that?
Overall I'm pretty disinterested in MK1 at this point.

A lot of people mentioned it in the YouTube comments. I read one comment that it's Johnny cages voice actor and that's why homelander didn't had a lot of dialogue. Don't know if true.

Ffs Ghost Face is good but everything else is terrible.
Story looks crap and who cares about Havik at all. If God's never got anyone killed last time this seems like no threat at all.
They gender swapped Sektor and Cyrax...
Noob Saibot looks terrible.
It's a shame because clearly this is a lot of work and content, but they have really misread the room.

Glad I'm not the only one that thought that looked bad. I don't even care that they did the gender swap, it's just... what's their to be hyped about here? I don't know much about Havok but he seemed like such a nothing character. Also they buried him in the main story but he's the villain for the DLC? Ghostface is funny to have but outside that, it feels incredibly weak.
I don't understand the forced gender swap. Just make new cool female characters.

The price of it is wild as well. Apparently it's either $50 or $60 USD depending on if you have premium edition. Now I'm not usually the one to complain about price when it comes to retail games, but for DLC, I don't think theirs a scenario where I can excuse it being the price of a full retail game (or close to AAA price I suppose) unless it doubles the content, but hey, the Switch versions DLC is $10 cheaper I guess.
