You mean driving mechanics.
It will be a day 1 for me. I can't help it. I love GTA.
This game is going to make me want to upgrade to Nvidia 6080 by the time it comes out on PC![]()

Grand Theft Auto VI Trailer 2
want some blue, baby? (look at the rim lighting/hero lighting here) WOW. Look at the car door handle! WHAT THE FUCKwww.resetera.com
Some Era posters are mad because a good number of the staff are white men lol
Gonna capture the playstation crowd.Notice how the old trailers actually showed gameplay. Shooting, driving etc... This trailer is almost 3 times as long and barely shows any of that. It's mostly cutscenes and story focused.
Gonna capture the playstation crowd.
After all, they are the majority of players.
GTA was a cool game on paper when I was a kid, and while I've completed GTA v and played it alot online. Meh.
The campaign had many moments that fell slow and boring moments.
GTA v felt like a big world with not much to do.
If this turns out to be true, I'll eat my shoe...that is made out of cheesecake. Rockstar is good, but this is bonkers level.
While I can believe it was on PS5 I find it a bit questionable. Why are there no other PS5 games of this quality of level. How come one game looks significantly next gen compared to other games of it's generation on the same hardware.
Does this illustrate how incompetent and low quality other companies have been with PS5 or is the pretense for this game playing on the PS5 to sound like the launch of a space shuttle.
I could honestly do with just GTA5 graphics and a new story.
Now my biggest concern is if even my PC's 2080 can run this shit.
I suspect it is because not many other developers have thousands upon thousands of top tier employees on payroll with a multi billion dollar budget and a decade or so of development time?
I dunno man... I'm in the middle of finally playing Cyberpunk on my new PC and this just doesn't look that wild to me. It looks good for sure, but maybe it's because I'm playing CP with max settings and RT.
yea it was an FMV.![]()
The last great one was San Andreas
It actually innovated with its gameplay and systems and made use of the large map.
4 really exposed how outdated the gameplay was and they leaned more into the Oscar worthy cinema story telling and serious tone.
I popped in RDR2 and got hit with the classic Rockstar gameplay. Ride horse with 10 minutes of exposition to get to 5 minutes of gameplay. Mid shooting. Hold X to gallop. And just a janky inwieldly character control.
The game will look good and have a detailed but sterile world. But the gameplay will be straight out of the ps3 days.
