I have reached the canyon area but only after fighting the water temple boss many times. That was probably one of the most annoying boss fights I've ever had. Having to quickly dodge the boss over and over or suffer big damage was pretty annoying. I need to find a lot of heart pieces as well, I think I'll be wandering around doing random things to try and strengthen up.@Mickmrly Majora's Mask is full of surprises
Wait until you travel East (Termina) and reach the Canyon
Which would you say was a more complex dungeon, Snowhead Temple or Great Bay Temple?I have reached the canyon area but only after fighting the water temple boss many times. Same, but tbh it's gonna gather dust while I'm playing Elden Ring.I need to get back to playing my Switch.
Welcome to the party you cunt. Here now.Got done with Arceus, went back and finished the main story in Shining Pearl, went back to Shield for a time to complete the Crown Tundra dex, picked up a shiny I'd been hunting back at the end of 20/beginning of 21 before I set Shield down for a time, then hit a few hours of Elden Ring, then Triangle Strategy, before my boy told me Fortnite season wad ending (he originally thought Sunday, but that wasn't accurate), so been back to that the last couple of days. This year is freaking packed, and I can't wait for it all to roll out! We eatin' well, boys!
I'd say the Great Bay Temple was more complex. I think I missed one of the green activators and got trapped in a loop I had to warp out of.Which would you say was a more complex dungeon, Snowhead Temple or Great Bay Temple?
I don't think I've ever played a Kirby game, if I ever run out of games I'll probably give the series a try.I just realized I pre-ordered Kirby. Im pretty damn excited for that. Also waiting patiently on Rune Factory V.
I usually give the snes one Kirby Super Star a replay here and there. It's one of my favorite ones.I don't think I've ever played a Kirby game, if I ever run out of games I'll probably give the series a try.
Anything else worth mentioning? octopath traveller ?Square Enix sale on the Nintendo Switch eShop going on right now

New Sega Genesis games up for NSO+
Alien Soldier is especially good and incredible hard from what I remember
I can't really get into genesis games, I much prefer the dreamcast library to be honest. I don't really know what came out for Saturn though, I think that was the one that didn't have a new sonic game.
Genesis has a solid library of awesome games. I never played any of them until the Wii VC, but there are some proper classics on that system.I can't really get into genesis games, I much prefer the dreamcast library to be honest. Same. Loved the Megadrive, and it was simply more popular in Great Britain/Europe than the SNES, but I think the simpler, more cartoony artstyle Nintendo went for, along with their greater focus on pure gameplay, has definitely made their titles age betterYeah I like the mega drive tbh - Sonic is good fun but it's stuff like Streets of Rage, Golden Axe, Super Hang On, that classic Sega arcade library, where it really shines. Indeed for a long time I preferred it to the snes, but that's a position I have changed as I've come to appreciate Nintendo's genius more.
They're absolutely stunning visually, I adore the art style. For some reason I didn't stick at it but that's me, not the game. What do you guys think of the Ni No Kuni series ? Have a chance to buy both for $40 brand new sealed , not the biggest fan of RPG's but do enjoy them when done well.
What didn't stick? Gameplay, pacing , difficulty, time , to grindy ? Interesting you mention the art style because that's what initially caught my attention. They're absolutely stunning visually, I adore the art style. For some reason I didn't stick at it but that's me, not the game.
I think I got distracted by other shiny things - I was in one of those phases. Combat was ok, fairly standard stuff, story was decent enough, I liked the characters, I just forgot about it a bit. What didn't stick? Gameplay, pacing , difficulty?
