I thought someone was trolling when they said that if you buy one of the "DLCs" for the game on the PlayStation Store it would let you in, so I took a gamble on that Crypt pack or whatever it's called since it's only around £6 and it actually let me in. I'm at a loss for words. Apparently getting into the game is a microtransaction too...

I know this makes me lame but I'm really glad the D3 local multiplayer (console version) made it over to D4. I sunk so many more hours into the game playing w friends on Switch local mp and also w family on the same console, but I never touched the online mp after having my fill years before on the PC version

Not lame. Being able to play with friends and family local multiplayer should be in any gaming Bill of Rights and a standard for any game with multiplayer.

I have a confession to make.

I brought the Deluxe Edition. It runs decently on my PC.

I'm having a lot of fun with this. Playing a hot Red Sonja like barbarian.

Pulverizing demons and monsters with a great axe or hammer is so, so satisfying.

The game is damn good... My only complaint is how flat the lighting looks in the daytime in the snow area. Looks almost like something is broken, but otherwise I'm loving it.

Times are tough at the moment so I'm going to have to wait a few weeks to get this :sneaky::poop:

Suppose on the plus side it will likely have a few tweaks by then.

I'm level 25, enjoying the game so far for the most part. Only thing I don't like is the boss design. Damage sponges that force you to do stupid MMO bullshit mechanics instead of just killing them. Not fun at all.

Hearing really good things about performance on Steam Deck. Can't wait to pick this up on the 6th!

My tattoo artist told me that it runs really well on the Steam Deck. He used that for the two open betas and how he planned to play the game when it came out.

Which makes sense. On my humble 3060ti it looks amazing and runs smooth at 4k.

If I own PS5 do I have to rebuy on PC to play on Steamdeck?

Getting kinda excited for the game. I should pick it when I win the july giveaway!

Started barbarian. An hour in. Slow and weighty which I enjoy. I don't know how to switch weapons from dual wield to two handed. Also, my shit Xbox account is fucked up because the last two definitive edition games I bought would not give me the extra shit. It says, "We're having trouble getting your stuff right now.". I had to download the base game and it still let me play last night. Cinematic at the beginning was tip notch.

Its not like D2 where you manually switch. You can essentially have both equipped and the attack you do dictates the weapon. Least that was my understanding when I played Barb in the beta. Coming from D2R is was confusing at first.

Played from 4pm till 4am. Had one game crash/freezeup when entering a dungeon that required a full game restart other than that not an issue.

I've spend maybe 3-5 minutes total in a queue waiting to play the game. Hopefully it stays this way for everybody on Tuesday
