Kylie's new album is number 1 in the UK and Australia. In the UK it outsold the rest of the top 20 combined. This new single looks like it will be charting soon.

Ringo looks great for 83.

It's a lot better than I expected, considering it was basically an unfinished Lennon demo tape. Unfortunately I don't think there was much of a song there to begin with so it's pretty forgettable once you get over the sentimentality of the track. But really cool to hear Paul and Ringo finish it off for the lads and I'm glad it exists for us to listen to.

Side note watching that video, I can't help but think of how lucky those string players were to get in on that session. Like Paul said, it was kept hush hush, but once the cat was out of the bag and they got told, I'm sure they were all over the moon. Who would ever think they would get the chance to play on a Beatles record again?

I don't mind the song. It's not a classic but it's still pretty good.

And it is cool for the people in the orchestra. Being on a Beatles record, and on a song that will probably go to number 1 on the charts, at least in the UK.

The last one is the Pet Shop Boys and features a bit of George Michael style toilet gayness in the video, which is probably why it's age restricted.

All 3 songs are good in their own way.

Not bad. It sounds a bit like Domino Dancing.

Yeah definitely hearing some of the 80s synth patches in there, glad to see they still have them as the newer stuff uses synths I'm a little less keen on tbh. They're still good, and it's insane that they're still doing this approaching 70 years old. Vocals aren't as good as the old stuff, Neil's voice was never technically that good but he could get a rhythm that is perhaps harder to achieve with old age.

Neil's not as good singing in a higher pitch anymore, but he's still good when he sings in a lower range.
