Incredible how they butchered all the themes from the original. It's like they didn't even spend one second trying to understand what the original was about, the purpose of the characters, anything. I enjoyed watching Hogans Hero's TV show too as a kid. This was before I understood what WW2 and Nazis were pure evil. I now find it hard to watch this comedy.

I find it hard to watch comedies about Nazi's in general. IMO

Females were already strong in the OG. The reason why there weren't Lost girls was because they were too smart to not crawl off the cradle!

Edit: It's also a self own, with girls now part of Lost boys. They saying girls are just as stupid!

Dont know if I would call JoJo Rabbit a comedy. Maybe a dark comedy. Its not really funny aside from mocking Nazis. The Nazis are the butt of any jokes but most of the movie is pretty serious story about an outcast kid who learns that the Nazis are propagandists and liars and how it effects his family as well.

This isnt a seth rogan stoner comedy where hitler smokes some dank weed and wins WW2.

Travel through the Midwest in the U.S and you'll see the majority of the country is not diverse at all. Only the coasts and shitholes like Seattle are Hipster Diversity hubs. Same thing in Brazil. The capital cities here are full of this shit but if you go countryside it's actually very homogenous.
