Thread: Hi-Fi RUSH | Official Gameplay Deep Dive Trailer

Great success, happy to see it. From the article:

As noted by games industry commentator Benji-Sales on Twitter, the fact that Hi-Fi Rush is in the top 10 whereas Forspoken isn't is further amplified by the fact that Microsoft's game costs £26.99 / $30 on Steam versus £64.99 / $70 for Forspoken. Given that the chart goes by revenue rather than unit sales, Hi-Fi Rush would have to sell a few copies for each copy of Forspoken sold.

Looks interesting, I'll try it out when it inevitably comes to Switch. I watched through the trailer and gameplay and seems like a toned-down Bayonetta action game that uses rhythm instead of free-form combos. I mean, that's not bad but if I want a rhythm game I'll play rhythm, if I want high-skill action I'll play that. Seems like an easy game. Bullets Per Minute also fell flat for me but I loved Necrodancer, Patapon series, and Cadence of Hyrule, so I dunno, maybe the rhythm mashup is still hit or miss for me.

REZ was amazing as well.

I don't really count REZ (not that it's a bad game, I've always enjoyed playing through it) because hitting the beat doesn't really matter. Same thing with games like Everyday Shooter and Sound Shapes where stuff makes noises in beat with the gameplay and music but otherwise there's no "connection" between the two.

This seems to be more like BPM, where you're playing a standard action game but perform all your actions "with the beat" for bonuses.

What is your problem? My statement came from the realization that you can avoid review by releasing a game as a surprise drop, wtf does Hifi scores have to do with it?

If the game is good great, I have nothing against it, relax dude.
You're so full of shit. your usual attempt to troll Xbox failed miserably and now you're trying to pretend you weren't trolling.
