It's basically just platinum blonde hair right? We have plenty of people in northern Europe with more or less that haircolor naturally, I it's possible to have it naturally I'd argue that it's not danger hair.
Personally I believe women who die their hair period are a bit sketchy though. Work with what you got, it's better in the long run.

I think it's fine for teens, as a mild bit of rebelliousness and self expression, or at the latest an early 20's goth phase, but broadly I'd agree.
What's worse are those chicks that shave their eyebrows off, then draw them on. Loos absolutely terrible 100% of the time.

Hah, fun/horrible story. I once had what I thought was a one night stand with a girl that was a bit younger than me (I was 25 at the time, she was 19). She had a kind of goth/daddy issues kind of look to her but was hot enough and relatively low effort. Anyway, about 3 months later I meet her again at a birthday party of my cousins, turns out she was friends with his GF, me and a buddy of mine arrived at the party fairly late and I guess they had been talking about me cause everyone was asking why I hadn't called her or asked her out after our one night stand. At the party she looked different from how she had last time we had met, she had leaned even further into the "goth" look but had died her hair a dark purple and shaved off her eyebrows completely only to draw them back on (and yes, as you said, it looked absolutely terrible).
The hair and the even more gothy look I could deal with, but I couldn't unsee those flat shiney and thick as fuck eyebrows. I explained away the not calling her thing to everyone by saying that I had thought she was too young for anything serious and didn't want to lead her on (I also explained this personally to her), but this wasn't enough for her and she kept on me trying to say we should go out and just "see what happens", "take it from there", and "I'm not that much younger, we could have fun together". I was drunk and didn't want to hurt her feelings (especially since if you look past the danger hair and eyebrows she should've been pretty far out of me league) so we ended up making out a bit in a corner at the party, which I immediatly regrettet cause I really wasn't feeling it at all. At some point she had to go to the bathroom to "freshen up" and me and my buddy bailed, made some excuse of me needing to help him move some stuff the next morning had having to get up early to my cousin before leaving and told him to apologize to the girl from me, we were out of there before she even flushed.
These days she's lost the danger hair and shaved eyebrows as far as I can tell from her profile, but replaced it with about 40 extra kg and a kid
