Good condensed video of the war between the Apache's and Comanche's:

It touches on the expulsion of the Spaniards from New Mexico, the spread of Spanish horses and the differences between Apache's and Comanche's, their strengths, their weaknesses and the first hand accounts of the conflict from all sides.

Pretty interesting @WesternBlood tend not to think about these things, but of course, it makes sense that there was a lot of inter-tribal warfare.

The Southwestern to Plains Indian wars are pretty fascinating and the most recent of the conflict in our Western Expansion. That channel has some interesting videos on it, particularly when the Apaches kidnapped people and brought them into the tribe. There was a white guy who was kidnapped by the Apaches, escaped to the Comanches who then in turn requested he go back to his family due to the Comanches being put on a reservation and was photographed in 1920 in Texas while still holding all rights as a Comanche tribal member.

The true story of an 11 year old boy is captured by Apache Warriors and becomes one of them on his path to survival.

An excerpt from the introduction of Lehmann's book, Nine Years Among the Indians, will tell the story just as well as I can. "He was captured by a band of Apache Indians when he was about eleven years old, and lived with this tribe for four years; later he became involved in difficulties with members of the tribe and was forced to flee for his life. He went out into the wilderness, where alone in the mountains he remained for about a year, and later he went to the Comanches, into which tribe he was adopted, and he remained with them until he was finally restored to his people,"

For the bike lovers, onboard of the fastest Isle of Mann lap which was broken this year.

For those that don't know, these are complete nutters who average a speed of 136mph and sustain over 200mph on an almost 38 mile course made up of bumpy, twisty British rural roads. People die doing this every year.

This is the most satanic answer ever.. lol.. her favorite moment in cinema history is watching someone slaughter a lamb and suck the meat from it's bones.. she even says how much she likes the slurping sounds. The clip even has an observer being tempted into joining in on the feast of the lamb and then they celebrate the meal.

For anyone with ADHD or dificulty concentrating Brain.FM is really helping me relax and focus.

A bit too much going on and too much is changing in the rhythm to work for me.

I have had this one saved for a good time. This is a more simplified and consistent rhythm and while it is seemingly extremely repetitive, if you listen closely it never actually 100% repeats itself, each time it is slightly different. Works great for me anyway. Also the length of it prevents distractions when looking for the next thing to play.

Mr. President! Nuclear missiles will strike our country in 14 minutes. I know it's your first day in office so I'm going to walk you through it, but you're the only one who can authorize our nuclear retaliation in response and you've only got a few minutes to make a decision!

That was badass. One of the best things I've watched on here.

Yeah, the whole thing where he is adding the extra bevel was like 'what?' and then 'Ohh'. Small detail, but just kicks the entire thing to the next level. I don't even want to think about how much time and effort went into the entire thing.

Flash floods are no joke. I love it when people move here and think they can ford running water in their 2 whee drive cars and end up floating far, far away.
