After stealing the Tesseract during the events of Avengers: Endgame (2019), an alternate version of Loki is brought to the mysterious Time Variance Authority (TVA), a bureaucratic organization that exists outside of time and space and monitors the timeline. They give Loki a choice: face being erased from existence due to being a "time variant", or help fix the timeline and stop a greater threat. Loki ends up trapped in his own crime thriller, traveling through time and altering human history.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯ It was ok, though a lot of talkie talkie talkie coupled with most of the gags they hit us with already in the trailers. I kind of feel a second episode wouldn't have gone amiss. But I dare say that's not the Disney way.

I like Owen Wilson's character.

I liked it. Certainly more interesting than the other shows they did. I'm glad they gave this variant loki some good bits of character development while also possibly setting up some interesting stuff. I do hope they lay off the jokes a bit. Some are good especially with a serious character like Loki but most of it was good.

watched and enjoyed it. I feel the mix of humor and "serious" story is in a good balance and all the little call back is really fun.

Strong woman 1 and 2 were really annoying, Loki was okay, Owen Wilson was great, the deminishing the entirety of Phase 1-3....

The show is quite entertaining, though. Already feels A TON better than the shit show that was Falcon/WinterSoldier.

I just felt that institute was straight ripped off from "Umbrella Academy".

I'm still on board. Falcon was already losing me by this point. I still think the time keepers and TVA are hiding something.

I can see how Kang is a major threat.
