My homemade egg nog turned out amazing, better than what you get at the store. Now I am no longer tied to the seasonality and at the mercy of the grocery stores, I can nog it up whenever I want. Might make myself a batch mid July so I can have a cold glass of nog while I'm tanning on my deck 🤩

Nah, but on 24th I had my 4 year old son with me till the late afternoon, and it was basically the first time I had one of my kids who is old enough to appreciate getting presents with me on Christmas. It was super cute and heartwarming how happy he was when he unwrapped those toys. Imagine you have a eleven year old son somewhere, and he has never been with you on Christmas, and then experiencing this the first time.

Later I brought my 4 year old son to my ex. Was also quite fun there. Had some talks with her and we were drinking Glühwein. Everything is so relaxed and unstressy now with her.

And after that, I went to the train station, catched up my Ukrainian girlfriend, and we had a very romantic and nice evening at my place, just the two of us.
Next morning was also quite nice, even though I started being sick already. Went for a coffee, and she went home to her place afterwards.

Now just lying on the couch, watching movies feels okay.
Probably what one should do anyway in these days, but usually I am far too active to just have a relaxed time.
