Hey guys I have a similar problem. But it's with my 4k gaming projector in my theatre room, it's not working properly. Pls help before I take it and throw it in my 6m x 8m heated pool from my second story outdoor living area.

I really don't have any other ideas tbh, its a massively gay problem and hopefully its just software stuff that gets fixed soon.

If this was a PC, I would suspect either a USB driver issue, or a bluetooth driver issue.

But since it's a console, all I can say is, call Sony.

Is it crashing and giving you some a number like ce-108255-1?

Because that's what I was getting on my "repaired" ps5 and it would crash on every single PS5 game I tried to play and would kick me to the dashboard. I sent it back in to get fixed again. They claim it's a software error, but it isn't.
