My work and gaming station. I have KVM switch that swaps between work stuff and gaming rig. My left monitor needs to be replaced but I will get to that eventually.

Also, cable management is for the weak. Ain't no one got time for that shit.

Well this post had been a long time coming. Honestly it's research that takes the longest time. Here is my new Cinema based living room for evening movies and 4k 120fps PC gaming in Dolby Atmos 5.1.2. The TV unit I designed myself on the IKEA website. It was surprisingly hard to get decent benches when you need to house a centre speaker and receiver, with room for ventilation etc. It's a nice height as well as I prefer my TV slightly higher than the recommended eye level in the middle of the screen. I've always preferred eye level at top of the first third.

Everything is voice activated so no need to burn unnecessary calories . Also the seating has storage in the arms, reclines in three places (Head, Back and Legs), USB phone charging and blue LED mood lighting. Table accessories are expensive but it's a great size to not get in the way. Going to be used for food or mouse and small keyboard. They just swivel out of the way when not in use.

Behind all of this is a craft table, and a bunch of 3d Printers on a countertop I built along two walls of the office. Lots of storage space as well. The other wall is taken up by sliding glass doors out onto our deck.

This picture really makes me realize I need artwork up on the walls, but I'm also still contemplating wall mounting the TV

My gaming setup is not complete, yet. I need to invent some device to place HOTAS and keyboard on to play flight simulators and Elite on recliner. Have some ideas, made some blueprints, but need to think it through more.

There is my notebook on the stand, it's my work machine. Inside the stand are broken PS3, receiver and cable TV. Separate stand with PC on the right.

This is how it looks like from the front with recliner in the middle of the room and handmade support pad for mouse (I attach it to the coffee table with a clamp, it's the perfect case of temporary solution became permanent). Recliner is powered and I press buttons to fine tune its position like a boss. Also, the sheepskin is there for comfort.

There is corner sofa in the back of the room for friends. To switch room to party mode I move recliner to the back-right of the room and move table to the center.

Valentino Rossi for the win! Adriano Celentano and some pumped up dudes was made by my brother. Oculus sensor on the mount.

LotR figurines from DVD collectors edition sets. Argonath aligned to the North to push evil away.
