would have been done with whole cake island but busy with other things. it felt quick and i was surprised it's about 100 episodes long.

so i'm wondering people actually felt a bit down one one piece after whole cake and beginning of wano? because that's what i seem to remember. man, one piece fans are retarded. straight up.

"this arc sucks, skip that, blah blah blah one pace" meanwhile i don't consider almost a single episode filler or bad. facts.

Cake Island IMO was WAY TOO FUCKING LONG. Dressrossa though as much as I loved the arc it felt too long. Wano felt too long. Just sort of how they're doing things now. Oda used to have the crew visit a different city/island and wrap it up a lot more neatly than he's done in the last several arcs.

After the last chapter, I think it is possible the Gorosei could also have the Will of D, if you think about their forms.

Spi D. Er
San D. Worm
Swor D. Horse
Har D. Hog
Bir D.

I might be a couple of chapters behind. Will try to catch up soon and discuss the latest events. I have a few theories in mind about the next arc, just some random guesses about what will take place

Please also keep Eiichiro Oda in your thoughts and prayers. Fans are wondering if he's been feeling ill due to a few incomplete chapters lately. Usually the average is about 18-21 pages per chapter but there have been a few 13 page chapters in recent weeks. He's a work horse who always gives his best so this is highly unusual of Oda-san. Hopefully he's doing well and there's nothing to worry over

Whoever made that montage did a great job organizing the anime portions. Almost all the exciting and shocking scenes at Marineford are included. I'm still trying to figure some things out about Blackbeard during that entire arc. The most impressive thing about Teach, is that he's the brains of the operation. Many other pirates lean on their crew but Marshall D. Teach. Hmm, he's a lot like Law in that he's the one laying the blueprints for everything and he has the foresight to see something through and accomplish an end that pirates never even saw coming

Not sure what's in store. But when the Blackbeard Pirates start to clash with the other Yonko pirate crews and the big guns of the Navy? That's when we'll know who stands where. Once Blackbeard digs his claws into some actual competition? That's when I'm saying it all begins. He's been exceedingly clever and fairly elusive up to this point. Not to mention, the guy is still an utterly baffling mystery to this day. I can't put my finger on hardly any of his past...

I can't wait for the new Anime Adaptation The One Piece. I'm a huge fan of the manga. I just hope Oda has full control and Netflix doesn't try to force him to censor or tone down the fanservice

Woah! I had no idea about this until I read your post. Please no filler, at least no bad filler, stuff like infinite flashbacks and overlong fights.

From what I know it's going to have no filler and will follow the manga much more closely and have a good pace. So there's no drawn out episodes. Plus a good budget

Here's a list of the Straw Hat Pirates. I ranked them according to how closely each one resembles a traditional pirate. It's a bit difficult to rank them like that since there are so many moments in the story to consider, but essentially I ranked all the crew members from the moment that they officially joined Luffy's crew

1. Luffy
2. Nami
3. Usopp
4. Jinbe
5. Franky
6. Brook
7. Zoro
8. Sanji
9. Robin
10. Chopper

Reading the Skypiea Saga right now and I completely forgot that part of Jaya was ontop of Skypiea. There were plenty of fans chiming in about how crucial the lore is in this arc, and now that I'm taking the time to see all the details in the manga that is definitely the case. Can't remember if it was explained or not how Jaya ended up there by the end of these chapters, but I do want to know how it happened and who (or what...) caused this extraordinary phenomenon to occur

It is speculated that the Knock Up Stream did this, it appears at a different location every time apparently. So Jaya is up there, potentially because of the Knock Up Stream

Lots of implicit information in this chapter.

Joy Boy was a normal human (normal size anyway) like Luffy. His silhouette looks like Shanks.

It looks like Imu supplies the Gorosei with their powers, and Conqueror's Haki can break through Imu's power just like Armament can regular Devil Fruit powers. If Imu is drained enough, the Gorosei revert, and if any of the Gorosei teleported they go back to wherever they were, which is why Saturn is still on Egghead. Imu also got winded by Emeth's Conqueror's nuke, so that limits what Imu will be able to do once the inevitable raid on Mary Geoise happens. Luffy, Zoro, maybe other Strawhats will have a counter.

Of course, what is Imu's power? It seems like another power system above Devil Fruits now. Going back to Haki being a manifestation of will, it seems like it is three-tiered rather than just having three kinds:

1. Observation (the will to overcome the environment, sensing what is around you for accuracy/dodging physical attacks)
2. Armament (the will to overcome others, hardening oneself against their attacks and breaking through their defenses, with ignoring Devil Fruits being the imposition of one's will over another's self-defined reality)
3. Conqueror's (the will to overcome the world, knocking out those without a similar will and throwing the agents of the world into chaos)

If Joyboy could leave his Haki in Emeth, who knows what could be on Laugh Tale?

I'm totally bored with Elbaf. When they said the beer makes them hallucinate! It just took me out. I don't like stories involving that. It reminded me of Naruto ending. I hated that ending and I didn't watch the anime because of that stupid ending!

Read up to chapter 1,133 and I'm getting super excited about this current arc. I'm going to probably be caught up by next weekend. The way things are building right now, I can already tell, once this arc concludes Luffy is going to be without question fortified enough to go after and claim the One Piece. Doesn't matter what kind of pirate crew he runs into, he will have enough

I'm at chapter 1,138 and these new characters introduced in the new arc are awesome. I'm enjoying the start of the current arc a ton. Seems even more promising than Egghead, actually a lot more promising

Remember at the end of Dressrosa when all the Straw Hat Grand Fleet Captains exchanged their cups in allegiance to one another? There was a narrator's panel that they would one day do something unprecedented. Well I think a handful of Celestial Dragons are going to be killed here at Elbaph. Not just one, but probably two or three, perhaps several. The Straw Hat Grand Fleet will join battle here at Elbaph. I can feel it. Usopp and Shanks are probably going to do something insane in this war. I love Elbaph already

I only watched 38-40 of those 200 episodes of Wano but it was a fun beginning. The manga side of Wano Kuni is excellent. Those were the days when I had to prepare myself mentally for each new chapter release because the thrill and excitement of everything had me wanting to speedread most panels instead of taking a breath and trying to soak it all in

Knowing that Vegapunk wants the SHs to find the One Piece, that sort of makes me think that there will be a point in which Vegapunk offers one of the Straw Hat Pirates something of value at some point. Ace gave Luffy a vivre card once before he left. Franky built and gifted Luffy and the crew the Thousand Sunny. But ever since Water 7, nothing of note was given to the SHs that significantly boosted their standing. Maybe there will be one more thing that the SHs gain that will make them even more likely to succeed versus any other opposing pirate crew, marine base, or enemy. It would definitely be a powerful weapon I'd guess, maybe something defensive but knowing Vegapunk it would be something incredible. I just hope that I'm right lol. Because right now, Vegapunk aims to settle down in that one ancient tree at Elbaph. Maybe something will be concocted in the lab for the sole purpose of aiding the SHs since they technically saved Vegapunk's life

What is known about imu? Reverie was 10/10 lore.

We know some things now, but currently is still the most enigmatic character

That scene with the butterflies was very eerie to watch

The most disturbing of them all was when Imu held out that ghastly hand and a butterfly landed on it, and then next scene we see Nefertari Vivi's picture in Imu's hands plus pictures of the major players laying on the ground of that garden area. There was a knife dead center on the picture of Shirahoshi, right in her head... Some people still speculate that there was some sort of betrayal that took place at the Reverie. Fans of One Piece had their suspicions and maybe still do. All I know is, a lot happened behind the scenes and much speculation can still be had regarding the Reverie

Is gold roger dead? legit question.

I think he's dead. Almost 99.9% sure of it. But at the same time, only physically. His legacy as a pirate and figure still lives on. It's almost as if the entire world never lost him even though he was killed. Gol D. Roger spawned The Great Pirate Era and the world has racing for his treasure ever since. Luffy and his crew's adventures are some of the liveliest, but Roger definitely flipped the world upside down with his last words. It's like he charged everyone. It wasn't just pirates who he ignited, but plenty others as well

There were rumors and theories about the Revolutionary Army having a member within their organization that isn't on the same page and was going to betray their plans, operation, and end goal. We know how serious and secretive they are, so to have a member within their own ranks trying to foil all that the RA is trying to accomplish, that could turn out to be a potentially devastating blow later in the story

Ace is the son of Roger. He was born much later because his mother, Portgas D. Rouge, was fighting hard to hold onto Ace all those months post due date so that the Navy would not slaughter him at birth. There was intel about Gol D. Roger having a son with a lover
