I don't know how BOTW got to be bigger than TOTK. I don't remember BOTW having as many videos, so it shouldn't be that. The only thing I can think of is that BOTW got more 4K assets added to it, while TOTK was left largely as is.

That would be a shame. I plan to restart TOTK.. I got all the outfits but did jack squat with the main game.
