Nintendo will host its E3 2021 Nintendo Direct on June 15 at 9:00 a.m. PT / 12:00 p.m. ET, followed Nintendo Treehouse Live: E3 2021, the company announced. You will be able to watch it on Nintendo.com and Nintendo.co.jp.

The Nintendo Direct will feature roughly 40 minutes of information focused exclusively on Switch games mainly releasing in 2021. Nintendo Treehouse Live will feature around three hours of deep dives on gameplay for a handful of Switch games.

Kind of a random thing to put out there, but I'd love to see a new 'Mana' game. Trials of Mana's remake is so good. It's my first Mana game not counting Final Fantasy Adventure, which I owned for the original Game Boy. Loved that game too and a reminder I need to get Final Fantasy Collection for my Switch too.

Edit: I forgot there is a remaster of Legend of Mana due out.

We've had a new Fire Emblem every 2-3 years since Awakening so, since 3 Houses was 2019, I'm thinking we're due a new one being announced, even if just another remake like Echoes.

I also hold out hopes for another Eternal Darkness. The Switch has really lacked bigger budget original horrors, which is a crime for a platform that you can so easily play in bed with the lights off to maximise your freak out.

Finally I really want another Mario Strikers. How do fucking Mario Tennis and Golf get new entries, yet the worlds most popular sport doesn't?

What an excellent wishlist. I think a new FE is a good shout. I'd put money on a remake over a brand new game. I'd love to see them do an older game in the style of Three Houses.

Eternal Darkness is too much Nintendo of Old for me. They just don't make games like this anymore, unfortunately. I'd love to see it make a comeback too as it was one of my favourite GC games. The popularity of Resident Evil also makes it seem like a no brainer, but I just don't see them funding this type of game anymore. What about a Geist sequel? 😆

Mario Strikers was always great too. LOVED the Wii game and played it to death online. It has always been third in line for me, however. As much as I love football, the Tennis and Golf games have always been their sports game bread and butter. Tennis was excellent. Golf looks superb. With Next Level Games done with Luigi's Mansion a long time ago, I guess it's plausible we could see Strikers, especially now they've been fully brought into the fold. I'm not desperate for it though, even if it would be a nice surprise.

I'd love to say "Nintendo got this", but I fear that a shitty 2D-Metroid and some cutesy family-games will be all they announce :/ "Leaker" NateDrake gives the Nintendo conference an 8/10, which already includes the Rabbids 2-announcements. Feels bad ...

I'm a nervous wrack. It all depends on whether a new Monolith Soft-game is announced or not ... ugh. My heart ...

I'm not going in with high expectations since the presentation will mostly focus on "games releasing in 2021". Which means 5-10 minute presentations on games we already know are launching this year...

Zelda BOTW 2 - 2022
5 new 2d games including 2D metroid, 2D kong, 2d Starfox, 2d F-zero, and 2d Stunt racer FX
Re release of Zelda 2. Just the Rom for 69.99 and new Zelda 2 Amibo for 25$, It unlocks a version of the game without translation errors.
Nintendo Online is increasing in Price, and removing cloud saves and free games, which will be now behind a monthly Amibo you have to buy.
Super Smash Bros new charcter is a mix of every anime sword character ever created. Can't have enough anime sword characters in Smash.

This is the one I have been waiting on. I would love a new Switch but I would totally be good with Xenoblade 2 Defenitive Edition, Xenoblade X and Xenoblade 3. Metroid as well. But if this goes along the lines of the rest of E3 this year, it will be a dud.
