About
Metal: Hellsinger is a first-person rhythm shooter where you embody the fury of metal music and vengeance as The Unknown. Tear through eight levels of Hell armed with a powerful demonic arsenal as you slay to the beat of a savage original soundtrack. Across an ocean of demons stands the Red Judge, ruler of the Hells, and you're going to take back what she stole: your voice.
Key Features
- Slay to the Beat – Metal: Hellsinger is a rhythm first-person shoter, where your ability to shoot on the beat will enhance your gameplay experience. The more in sync you are with the rhythm, the more intense the music will become and the more destruction you

The original soundtrack features a collection of metal icons such as Matt Heafy (Trivium), Alissa White-Gluz (Arch Enemy), Randy Blythe (Lamb of God), Tatiana Shmayluk (Jinjer), and many more. On the story side, award-winning actors Troy Baker and Jennifer Hale lend their voices to the main characters.

- A Demonic Arsenal – Defeat the demon hordes with a skull-clad blade or a range of murderous guns. Charge each weapon's unique ultimate ability and then unleash unrestrained destruction.

System of a Down frontman Serj Tankian will provide music for the upcoming rhythm-based first-person shooter Metal: Hellsinger.
The new track, titled No Tomorrow, features the singer's instantly recognisable voice over hard-hitting guitars and drums, and sounds similar to his work in metal band System of a Down (though the track doesn't feature any other band member).
Metal: Hellsinger. is being developed by The Outsiders, a team lead by FPS veteran David Goldfarb, who served as the game director on Payday 2 and lead designer on Battlefield 3 and Battlefield: Bad Company 2.
Tankian joins the long list of metal singers providing music for the game including Alissa White-Gluz (Arch Enemy), Matt Heafy (Trivium), and Randy Blythe (Lamb of God).
"Strike terror into the hearts of demons and devils as you fight your way through eight Hells," reads the description on the game's Steam page.
"Metal: Hellsinger is a rhythm FPS, brimming with diabolical enemies, powerful weapons, and metal music. Set out on an infernal journey in order to achieve the purest of goals: vengeance."
Each of the game's stages will feature a different track that the player must kill enemies in time to. The music will dynamically change based on the intensity of the action, from quiet background noise to loud, bombastic metal.
Metal: Hellsinger was originally supposed to launch at some point last year, but it's now planned for later in 2022 so the game can launch simultaneously on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
