I think a Warhammer 40k show is entirely possible with today's technology.

See, I'm thinking something more along the lines of Rogue Trader or a show focusing on gangs in Hive Cities.

I realize a series centered around space marines or the on-going wars would be asking too much and wouldn't realistically be possible.

However, I'd be fine with smaller scale aspects of the WH40k cinematic universe. Like I said, stories from the Underhives or Rogue Traders, etc.

Get that Karl Urban. I'm sold on him after Dredd and Billy Butcher. He'd be near perfect for the stories from the grimdark.

They actually confirmed the Inquisitor Eisenhorn series is still in preproduction and will be going ahead a few days ago.

No idea if it'll have Karl Urban, but it's one of the better stories in the Lore, dips into a bit of everything the setting has to offer, is often dark as hell, but with a decent sense of humour as well.

It's one of the best bits of fluff they could have used to introduce people to the setting really. Kind of like the 40K equivelant of James Bond.

Because I just realised it's April fools day, yes, that's not a joke, it's genuinely happening and would likely have been out this year were it not for the Wu Flu.
