As the title suggests. I would try to respect the characters and their legacies and tell interesting stories with interesting premises.

Bring back stories that rely on plot for the foundation instead of character traits like gender, orientation or race, or Gay superman

Start firing writers that are proven failures instead of giving them more work. Make all contract workers earn their keep

Stop pushing characters that are proven to be unlikable, no one likes Ree Ree

Make diversity that makes sense, new characters that represent, but are written organically and who have more character than just being a stereotype

Move all of my Classic characters out of the monthly serialization and reserve them for one off stories and such. So when a new "volume" of Batman or Spider-Man drops, it actually matters. Then start doing some new IPs. Ones that sell get new volumes down the road. With so many IPs from each, there would likely be a new Volume (of something) every month.

I wouldn't.

People don't seem to realize that comics are designed to be easily jumped in and out of. Nobody starts from the very beginning in any story line.

That said, I love me some Spidey, Daredevil, and Batman

I'd just remake the ones from the early-mid 90s, but with better graphics! I learned that trick from the videogame industry.

Imagine Death of Superman...but this time with stills made from 3D CG models!! TBH, I'm trying to make this sound retarded but it actually sounds kinda cool.

Reboot from the ground up. Only focus on core titles and not have a bunch of them focused on one character or group (ex. The Amazing Spider-Man, The Spectacular Spider-Man, Web of Spider-Man, etc). Fire the editorial and writer staff who seem hell bent on running the company to the ground with their woke ideology. And above all else...

Make these superhero comics for kids and young teens. Stop trying to cater to an adult market that's too small to support these comics. Go after the audience that's reading manga like Demon Slayer (which alone has outsold the whole US comic industry).

IMO one of the biggest things that hurt comics was taking them out of convenience stores and not printing on cheap newsprint. You used to be able to go into literally any store and see an assortment of the biggest titles in comics and grab them for a few bucks.

Make them cheap again and put them in places kids actually go, so somewhere other than the fucking graphic novel section of your local bookstore.

I remember being on a road trip one time as a kid and stopping at a random, small town gas station for a pitstop, and being able to pick up a few comics to get me through the next day or so. Man, I miss those days.

@Nymphae makes a excellent point of comics being way inaccessible to new readers and I'll add expensive , new single issues typically go for $5-$6 and that way too much to attract young new readers or maybe make single issues 5-10 pages bigger for the same price for more bang for your buck but you all make great points too.
Also get rid of shitty artist, nothing ruins a comic book quicker than shitty art even if it has a great story like this shit.

Edit:
Just to clarify this is a shit comic with shit story too like most of Marvel these days

Her nose lmao

I would give a Thompson Machine Gun back to Batman (couldn't find a pic of him shooting at somebody back in the 40's so here he is with a Maxim water cooled machine gun hyping the War Bond effort)

Who cares about the rest of the capeshit, it's all tainted now. At least getting Batman to his dark violent roots would be a subversion that would be entertaining.

EDIT* Not trying to stifle discussion, just trying to handle the clown world post-modern bullshit that has been woven into superhero comics in [current year] (the ride never ends.).
