I was watching a mini documentary on how much of a shit hole Gary Indiana is and i looked up the past mayors, now its wiki so don't know for sure if its correct, but its been Democrats since 1964.

Why are people so inclined to keep trying the same thing when it doesn't work?

Joe Jackson always said that the reason he was so harsh on his boys growing up was because it was either that or they would join gangs, sell drugs and end up dead. Maybe they need to elect some hard-ass Joe Jackson character as mayor.
