I spun out on this last night.

So Ellie got for a triangle choke, where you strangle your opponent with your legs but they have to have one of there arms inside your legs with the head, the other outside. The choking mechanic comes from one of the legs and the opponents arm squashing the opponents corroted arteries. Hence putting them to sleep.
The entry from Ellie is sloppy as fuck she never gets any purchase from her biting leg so her legs just sit there locked at the ankles behind his head.
But interestingly enough she transitions to an omoplata, which is a shoulder lock with your legs from behind.
That's a pretty advance transition to execute well, but can be hit sloppily by an amateur.

So now, this guys is a fucken tank, Ellie is a squirm. She would need to be black belt level 10 years minimum to wrangle a dude that size. Plus she would have to spend 10 minutes atleast tiring him out with movement so he can't muscle out of submission attempts.

Is this match up possible for Ellie to win? Yes

but not in this scenarios. Dude would've picker her up and slammed her, or just switched his shoulder over her leg. Stack pass, crush. In the omaplata, he would've just sat up, smashed Ellie on her head.

10 for effort, but Ellie and a 10year old bjj black belt.

Let's just stick with this here. No, it isn't. A 10 year old girl could never, ever win against a relatively athletic, 6'4 250lb man. I know BJJ guys like to think that a little guy can take a bigger dude, and that's somewhat true if like you said, the smaller guy has a ton of experience.

But there is no amount of experience or technique that lets a 10 year old girl beat a man the size of an NFL linebacker. That's not a thing. BJJ is cool. It's not magic. He could literally curl her body weight with one arm and she has no strength to leverage with. You could give her any position you want to start from, and she would still lose. This isn't some 140lb wiry guy.

10 year old not. 19 year old. Probably not. 30 year old. I know some that can.

I do this everyday man. It's possible. It's not easy. But it's possible a veteran woman who is one of the best in the world could bash a dude that side. And I don't mean bash as in punch him to def, out manoeuvre and technique the man to absolute fatigue.

The bigger the dude, the stronger they may be but they gas hard and gas quick. I give him 30 seconds to a minute of full tank. He would drop off very quickly, that's where the light agile grappler shines. They just need to be one step ahead maintaining control. Once a big guy fatigues, it's over.

No I understand that sometimes a smaller adult can get the best of a larger dude. I've seen it. But this clip was a little girl. A little girl literally could not win any kind of physical combat against a behemoth like that. I don't care how skill she is. How quick she is. Doesn't matter. That clip is even more ridiculous than every spy movie where some 125 lb lady beats the shit out of 4 grown men.

I also watched TLOU season 2 last night.

I really loved the scene where Tommy's black wife tells Joel he needs to "build faster" and when he tells her that they shouldn't take in people they cant take care of she responds with "you were a refugee once too, Joel"

did you catch it?

did you see what they did there??

DID YOU GET WHAT THEY'RE SAYING?

Shit was about as subtle as as brick to the face.

Pure strength alone cannot be negated so easily, and most men would have trouble grappling with that guy, there's no way a tiny thin WOMAN could beat him. The physical disparity is too great.

People underestimate the difference between the sexes, top level female athletes have been beaten by average dudes before ffs.

Not to defend the show but he says he pulled his punches so in my cannon he wasn't really trying and basically let her win. Like he could have slammed her crushing her skull at any time but just like with his punches he was holding back because he didn't want to be abusing a 10 year old boy with down syndrome.
