Guest Character selection thread

This thread will be where people can vote on which guest characters to include in this season of the Hunger Games!
The top 14 suggestions based on reactions by fellow D-Pad members will be placed into the competition.

The rules for guests selection: No political figures please and no alternative forum representatives.
Apart from the above, anyone from fantasy, adventure, medieval, fairy tales or anything else is welcome!
