Betadine sore throat spray works wonders on those buggers.

Just spray them with this and within a day they'll stop swelling be gone soon.

Alternatively, you could apply charcoal toothpaste on them.

Salt hot and warm water a few table spoons worth mix it around gargle or if you want to. Salt. Apply a finger tip sized worth directly to the sore. Feel the pain. Evaluate why you did this. Pain is good it means you are still alive. That should show the sores who is boss

Rinse with 1.5% hydrogen peroxide. You'll never get one again lol. You buy the 3% stuff at the store and just mix equal part water and peroxide.
