I'm glad I found out about the DPAD. I had mostly stopped posting on neogaf for like the last couple years before the ree-exodus, then got more active after it. I started really liking GAF again after every person I hated on the forum left all at once overnight.

But then we all know what happened there with the goblelf and his real vision for the site. So I don't know of anywhere else I would have gone. I might have just not used a forum at all anymore

I got invited because I was liking some of the controversial posts on GAF. I can't remember the exact phrase but the person that invited me to the disident Discord said me liking the posts but not posting was like those torture victims blinking Morse code into the camera. And it wasn't like I didn't have anything to say, but the posts I liked said the same thing but better. That was before liking a post was a banable offence.
