Not woke, unsurprisingly. The only 'woke' games I have are Portal 2, Terraria, the two Don't Starve games, and Rimworld. Although they have some pretty ridiculous qualifiers for considering things 'woke'.
Like Portal 2 being 'woke' for "portraying all male characters negatively and as less competent than female characters". And there are like... at most three female characters to anywhere between two and five identifiably male ones?
Chell is the silent protagonist with little characterization, GLaDoS is a crazed AI maniac, and Caroline is the only female character with any actual positive characterization - whose reply to "Say goodbye, Caroline" was "Goodbye, Caroline". Meanwhile Wheatley is a hypercompetent moron, Cave Johnson was the man who made the whole of Aperture happen but couldn't make a good business decision to save his life (and whose attitude eventually led to its downfall), the Adventure Core is the only obviously male corrupted core but doesn't do much, and the other supporting cast including the two co-op robots and The Rat aren't given obvious characterization.
How is... any of that 'woke'? 'Woke' isn't about putting women in positive roles and positions, it's about forced diversity and pointless focus on narratively and mechanically superficial things like pronouns and 'fair representation'.
Even in Rimworld, the transhumanist/nonbinary options aren't really 'woke'. They don't exist to tick a checkbox, they're actually narratively and mechanically significant.
