Avowed is so far from what anyone who would have been interested in an Elder Scrolls like game by Obsidian. Especially that original screenshot or teaser they showed where the lighting and coloring wasn't anywhere near as colorful and vapid. Bet certain people on the team wanted it to be "lighter."

Honestly, I didn't expect this. I am much more excited to own an Xbox than a PS5 over the next year. It wasn't perfect, but at least they put effort and are trying. Sony just felt like they were farting in my face.

COD is boring, just don't care. These games aren't for me though so I'm sure the people who dig it will like this.
Haven't played COD in around a decade now but I have to say, that campaign looks great so far. If that's any indication for the new zombies I may actually end up picking this one up.

Perfect Dark looked devoid of all personality imo. I just didnt see anything to really make it stand out like the original did.
I'd imagine the biggest thing Sony will likely show in another GTA VI Trailer, a tease on whatever ND are up to and maybe an announcement/reveal of the GoT sequel.

They definitely pivoted from their original concept for nu-Fables, pretty sure it was meant be actually about fables and folktales, now its back to Albion but they kept the atrocious gorilla girl protag. I bet Xbox told them to pivot but DEI and devs haggled to keep their ugly woman.

I played the shit out of the original and especially PD0 and I loved the secondary objectives and modes Of fire with the weapons. The city looked really good to me; I just hope they can make it a worthy successor to the previous games.
