@Prison mike rough news about De Bruyne. 3-4 months is some shit luck.

Just want to put on record how shit United were last night. It was awful viewing, can't say it fills me with much hope for the remainder of the season, but winning ugly is still a win.

I know mate not best start to season we have couple of choices

Play foden in more central role which I think suits him

Go all out for paqueta who I think would slot right in
Unfortunately now think this is way it's going to b with kdb injury wise.

Yeah you never looked at the game tbf but like u said mate wins a win.

What a game against ManU. The boys pulled it off perfectly

We were the better team during the whole 90 mins. Would've been a shame to end in a draw but instead we got the perfect ending

I became a Chelsea fan at a bad time AFTER their time on the top several years ago (never got huge into EPL before that, and honestly I almost arbitrarily picked a team to spite a few friends who had gigantic hard ons for Man U, Man City, and Arsenal respectively). Feels like they've cycled through too many managers during that time. I think it would be a mistake to dismiss him after just one full season. Yes there's been some turmoil and seemingly poor/disjointed strategy going on at times. But it's a young team and Enzo and Caicedo have only just begun.

There's a chance to add some domestic tournament hardware to the trophy case this year, and resume the chase for the bigger prizes next year. A top 6 finish isn't out of the question this year either if they can perform more like they did the other day compared to the previous two matches. Gross. Anyway, I have hope.
 
I'm a huge Everton fan. I'm just hoping they survive the 10 point penalty (or win the appeal).

Can you imagine how it would be to christen a new stadium with the "joys" of relegation. I shudder at the thought. Please no!

Just beat the crap out of Man City tomorrow, no problem. I don't like Man City. Although, that would help Arsenal, and I dislike Arsenal even more. Decisions, decisions.

My female best friend (see the relationship OT to see me getting berated by a diverse group consisting of @Stouffers and @Stilton Disco among others for having a female best friend) has a husband who is a scumbag Arsenal fan. At school, my best mate's dad was a massive City fan and took us to a few games at Maine Road in the 90s. Back in the old division 2 against teams like Stoke and Reading. Absolutely despise City these days (obviously), but even back then in the 3rd tier they had a full house and the stadium was loud. Wish I'd seen Oasis play there, but only managed at the Etihad, which was still great.

Yeah I went maine Road oasis for my 16th bday present was unreal concert better than Knebworth in my opinion but that's me.

Storied history in the past but zero recent pieces of meaningful hardware (20+ years since winning EPL, never won UCL), tons of obnoxious casual and fair weather fans, and always a preseason juggernaut, but always end up an also ran.

Lol I was watching, and saw Chelsea concede the 3rd goal, and was like shit. Then in around the 85th minute I had to leave to drive the kids around. I checked my phone at a stop light and saw they were still down 3-2 in the 98th minute. Fuck. Then I checked my phone again 5 minutes later and saw they had won 4-3 and was like what in the ever living fuck!!!!!! Yes!!! Insane.

Absolute sickener. We have less resistance under pressure than a wet paper bag. All that needed to happen was shithousery and United couldn't even give me that. Utterly useless.

Don't worry, Chelsea will now proceed to lose or draw to Sheffield and Everton over the next two. Yesterday should be a turning point where we make a run and finish top 6/7 to qualify for Europa league at least, but with how this season has gone, you guys likely will not get jumped by us. But you did pass up a chance to bury us and nail the coffin.
