It will be starting next Monday. I'm going to post in this thread the starting date and the upcoming votes (in spoilers) for the Top 40 round later today

I didn't see if Aliens was on that list. There's a lot of movies on that list that are above Prometheus by the way. I just said I noticed Prometheus was on that list.

Alien has made it to the Top 40 but sadly Aliens did not make it. There are a lot of other good movies though.
I mean Aliens is like the third best film ever made so it's probably criminal whatever beat it and you should all feel sorry

Jurassic Park beat it last round. I think that while Aliens is a fantastic movie, Jurassic Park was a more unique movie compared to the action/sci fi combo of Aliens and that is probably why it won instead. I prefer Aliens to Alien though, so if I could I would swap the two.
Jurassic Park is overrated generic blockbuster tripe for children.
Ghostbusters SHOULD still be in.
Oh wow, well I guess Back to the Future is number 10 for me then. Lame as Hell. I didn't even go back to check the collage for Ghostbusters I just assumed it MUST HAVE gotten through.
I liked Prometheus better than any of the Alien or Predator movies. Probably on an island with that opinion.

Verhoeven is one the greatest. But I prefer Total Recall and Basic Instinct.
