Casino is the better film here. Top Gun is good, but has pacing issues and much of the plot requires the audience to be sad about Goose's death or be into passionate romance. In many ways Maverick is actually the better TG film.
Casino oozes style, even if a bit bloated. But that bloat cuts both ways and the is an immense amount of information on how casinos and organized crime of the era operated.

I think Top Gun is an interesting watch. Some cool planes, a decent story and a great soundtrack.

I haven't seen Casino, but Sharon Stone looks a bit tired in the trailer. I think I'll just remember her as she was in Total Recall instead.

Watch it when you get the chance, Scorsese almost always puts together strong work and Casino is arguably one of his best films
At least Casino has Sharon Stone. I can't understand why people voted for Goodfellas over Two Towers though.
