And black people, apparently. All those wide-eyed gradeschoolers will finally stop having their minds blown when a black dev gets up in front of a group of them to talk about his job.Woman are allowed to go to college and make games now, Thanks Take Two!

I'm hoping we'll now get more games with Black people and women compared to this E3 where only 95% of games stared Black people and women. And black people, apparently. I'm afraid to make a drinking game where you take a shot Everytime someone says diversity and inclusionI'm just occasionally watching the stream and everytime someone mentions diversity and inclusion I just close the video.
When will these people learn that no one gives a fuck about who works behind the scenes? Just give us the games goddamnit!

On the subject of inclusion, are these people so retarded in thinking women making videogames is somehow a new concept?I'm afraid to make a drinking game where you take a shot Everytime someone says diversity and inclusion
Didnt Capcom just have a diversity initiative set in place, I don't have alot of hope for the futureLOL, the only way that game ends is with this: -

Don't do it Yawnson, you've to much to live for..like Capcom...hopefully showing some games
Cuz they have to. If you actually dive into the numbers you see how A. It is literally impossible to have all groups represented (without gross over simplification...which undermines the whole thing) and B. That Its no where as bad as they purport. Especially when you divide Orgs into job types and look at it like that. and C.... you will see that all this pandering and money spending doesn't actually move the needle. The reason these groups are underrepresented is because there are not candidates applying cuz they didn't pursue that field of study... cant turn water wine. The guy wanted some statistics and numbers of representation and they just barfed out a bunch of shitty fluff
Not sure about BRGs, but ERGs are Employee Resource Groups. They are essentially clubs that focus on various "causes". They are also called ENets (Employee Networks). Most gaming companies have them. Mine has a Black one, Veteran one, Disabled one, Latino, Asian, Women.... and I think thats it.What the fuck are Brgs and ERGs, explain for normal people you fucks.![]()
You taught me more in 2 paragraphs than that hour long take 2 E3 conference, thank you good sir or madamNot sure about BRGs, but ERGs are Employee Resource Groups. For the most part (in my experience) they accomplish little and spend resources in a way that makes no sense. I assume corp execs see them for the limited ROI (directly) and do them for PR reasons and making employees feeling "validated"
