I'll keep tabs on with the sound down in case anything changes, but yeah this is one for the history books as far as E3 goes

Cuz they have to. If you actually dive into the numbers you see how A. It is literally impossible to have all groups represented (without gross over simplification...which undermines the whole thing) and B. That Its no where as bad as they purport. Especially when you divide Orgs into job types and look at it like that. and C.... you will see that all this pandering and money spending doesn't actually move the needle. The reason these groups are underrepresented is because there are not candidates applying cuz they didn't pursue that field of study... cant turn water wine.
Not sure about BRGs, but ERGs are Employee Resource Groups. They are essentially clubs that focus on various "causes". They are also called ENets (Employee Networks). Most gaming companies have them. Mine has a Black one, Veteran one, Disabled one, Latino, Asian, Women.... and I think thats it.What the fuck are Brgs and ERGs, explain for normal people you fucks.
For the most part (in my experience) they accomplish little and spend resources in a way that makes no sense. I assume corp execs see them for the limited ROI (directly) and do them for PR reasons and making employees feeling "validated"
