I played it on PS5, it's very fun (if you like Tales Of you'll love it since it's done by the same team's battle director) and you have 2 different levels besides the tutorial for each MC's route.
This video is what got me interested in trying the game when it wasn't on my radar in the first place.

The video is 7 minutes, I assume the demo is actually longer?
 
I tried it yesterday but couldn't stomach more than a few minutes. You can really see that the floaty battle system from Tales is in the game. Lock-on does basically nothing, attacks kept pushing me through the enemies making me attack behind them, if the attack landed and pushed the enemy a bit then the next attacks would just hit air etc. etc. Compared to other action games out there this is borderline unplayable.
