Thread: Jason Schreier: Starfield is nowhere near done
I don't like rumor stuff anymore, but until they actually show you gameplay and tell you it's releasing soon, just consider it vaporware. It's a rule that applies nicely for every game.

This is why it's ridiculous to watch everyone bicker over whether it's Xbox-only. It doesn't even exist yet. Let it exist first, then decide if you even care about its existence based on what it is in reality instead of what "Fallout meets space" is in your own mind.

People hate this guy and everything he ever posts until there's anti-MS news, then he's a credible source... right.
I think those people still hate him. Just they accept a very likely accurate response. We have seen almost nothing about the game to date, so it releasing this year doesnt feel realistic considering the size of the game. Would expect MS to have a significant marketing campaign to build hype.

I was just talking about how this exclusivity is going to make me buy a Series X, but it seems worthwhile exclusives for the Series X are still pretty distant. Not trying to be a console warrior, legit just disappointed, I like feeling the need to buy the other console.

I used to like and respect Schreier a lot but he quickly turned into a professional weasel and an absolutely insufferable bell-end. Guy thinks he is the ultimate authority on everything in games media, but in reality he's just another hack with an agenda and an over-inflated ego. The story is more often than not about him rather than what he's discussing. I liked him better before I saw his face and heard his fucking hilarious voice.
