The resolution of the male-daughter fans is very high, but the ones who like male daughters nowadays are fujoshi pretending to be male otaku. The people who draw 18 bans manga for men are fujoshi artists pretending to be male artists who just want to draw generic BL in the male genre (although sometimes male artists like "Misogyny Asanagi" draws a book of kanmono leve-kun male daughters), or they draw manga on NanJ or Futaba and say "I'm a guy but male daughters are very popular among otaku.
