It appears that EA didn't show up at all, though they were announced by Keighley in twitter.

I would give the show a solid C. Some good stuff, but also a lot of filler.
Way too many space games in a row I was beginning to lose interest. The leak earlier didn't help matters I'm sure. We will just have to wait until Sunday for the big announcements. Covid really did have an impact on the industry

Yeah, the highlight for me was the return of Space Sci-Fi Horror with the trio of games (Callisto, Solis, Routine), which took place at the start of the show, and basically everything after that horrid The Rock segment was a snooze-fest and boring as hell.

I like how Nintendo no longer participates in these shows, I'm almost positive that ended when Reggie departed as he was probably the one who pushed for that sort of thing, given his ties to Geoff.

Yeah, very weird to not space them out a bit more. Same deal with the Japanese Anime games. Those things don't need to showcase next to each other.

This seems like a big problem with the show and how it was organized. It definitely has to be a conscious decision of "let's put all the Space Sci-Fi games in one segment, and put the Anime games in another segment, etc.) but then everything else was a mishmash of stuff, and basically the show had zero flow put in to ensure the audience didn't lose interest or was overloaded with too much of the same at once.

god, I love Devolver Digital. What a fantastic showing that was. And some nice game announcements, too.

Hint: It's better than Obiwan Kenobi.

I have had to work all day and only just catching up. No bueno! My phone has been blowing up from friends about cool shit. Need to find that ex blizzard dev RTS to see if it looks like it will pass muster.
