Just as the title says, there is a test on IDRlabs that involves your types of anger and how you handle them. Let's find out who is the angriest goober here. I'll post my results below.

Here is the Link

And my results. I guess I am a little angry goblin 👹.

People always seem to be pretty impressed with just how resilient I am at maintaining my nerve. I guess that's why my first score and external anger are so low. I'm fairly laid back tbh, if not a little paranoid and pessimistic

Forgot to add, it said I was only 0.2% more susceptible to anger than the average person.

Therefore I am 3% more chill than teezzy.

  • Brain
Reactions: Mickmrly and teezzy
69 percent anger arousal
78 percent anger spectrum
75 percent hostile outlook
40 percent external anger
68 percent internal anger
total 68 percent

yikes thats noo good
i'd provide the screenshot but idk how to put the photo in the bar

I feel this is a decent expression of both how much angrier, but also how much more aware of the world around me and whats going on it I am, than is the average person.

Pretty difficult to make me outwardly angry, and I don't stew over angry thoughts for very long. I shout or mock someone's stupidity and then move on with life. Definitely accurate on the "hostile outlook" score lol

I think my years of customer service have inoculated me against hot anger.

how do you stop thinking about things that made you angry?

I have a pretty well-developed inner life. So I'm praying, reading, thinking thoughts and stringing conversations in my head throughout the day anyway. When anger flares up, it is a disturbance to this routine, so I have incentive to let things go instead of dwelling on them. And I have plenty of other things I'm already used to thinking about, so I avoid the classic "angry and alone with your thoughts" situation where it seems inescapable.

Basically trick yourself / convince yourself that spending your thoughts on anger is a waste of your own time. Easy to understand cognitively, but since anger is an emotion it doesn't exactly "listen" until you train it.

This makes you 4.2% more susceptible to anger than the average person.

Pretty average except for internal anger and hostile outlook, but it takes a lot to really piss me off

So it sounds like I need to just find something to do.
