There are 3 animated films that would make it into my top 10 movies of all time list.

Prince of Egypt
Lion King
Finding Nemo

It's tough to say which is the best out of the 3, but recently I've been leaning towards Prince of Egypt. Everything is top-notch and the pacing is pretty much perfect.

SSS Tier

1. Your Name - When I watched it for the first time I was absolutely floored. I already saw it many times and it feels absolutely incredible every time.
2. Ghost in the Shell - the only movie I started watching again once I finished it. Truly a perfect movie.
3. 101 Dalmatians - the most hilarious animated movie ever made with some of the most quotable lines (maybe just in Czech dub but I adore the dubbed version).

A Tier (not in order)

4. Titan AE - a great sci-fi retelling of Noah's Ark. Very wholesome movie and masterfully made with some slammin' music.
5. Fimfárum Jana Wericha - an animated retelling of classic Czech fairytales. You can watch it here with English subs. I implore you to watch the first 25 minutes (the first story), you'll love it.
6. Ready Player One - at first I was like "what is this normie shit" but then I watched it again and really focused and it is a very good movie with a lot of wholesome themes and awesome music.
7. Mulan - my favorite Disney movie. Best songs, best story, best characters.
8. Hunchback of Notre Dáme - the opening and finale are insanely good and give me goosebumps every time I see them ever since I saw it as a kid on release. The characters, story and songs are very good.
9. Lion King - incredible songs, decent story, decent characters. The songs really carry this movie.
10. Kiki's Delivery Service - I just watched it a couple of months ago in the cinema. First time it was shown here in Czech Rep. Incredible movie from the late 80s that destroys most of the things released since art wise.

Honorable mentions (not really movies)

Halo Legends - as a HUGE Bungie Halo fan this was gold to me. It does bear some minor 343 stains on it but mostly it is good ol' Halo (a bunch of short stories, but I always watch them all in one go; 120 minutes).
Tartakovsky's Star Wars - literally the best Star Wars along with the OG trilogy (it is just a few hours long so I consider it a movie)
Pokémon the Movie 2000 - as a Pokéfreak I particularly loved this movie because my favorite Pokémon plays a key role in it.

The street fighter anime

Which one? SFII The animated movie was fucking great, but Alpha was mediocre, and the SF4 anime was kind of shit. Street Fighter Victory was BAD imo. It was like a bizarre mix of Tekken and SF.

They did another one for SF4 about Juri that lived by its artstyle alone.

I love that song. I was in LA when the movie came out and honestly it's the only film that comes close to Life Of Brian when it comes to comedy. I wish South Park was still capable of being that funny, but those days are long gone.

1986 Transformers Movie is my favourite of all time. Even if it's mostly just the first half with characters that I gave a damn about.

Beautiful animation and a legendary soundtrack. Vince DiCola is awesome.

Not counting cgi-animated movies, because those are something different imo:

- The Last Unicorn
- Watership Down
- Mrs Frisby and the Secret of Nimh
- Disney's The Sword in the Stone
- Disney's Aristocats
- Disney's Aladdin
- Evangelion 3.0+1.0
- Princess Mononoke
- Sing a bit of Harmony (recency bias)
- Patema Inverted

Something like this...
