One of my favorite things from the previews is that they are keeping up with Xenoblade 1 DE and having a dedicated menu/tutorial section for reference. Tracking sidequests also. I had tried playing Xenoblade 1 long ago, but wasn't feeling it until DE and its overhaul came out and got me hooked.

I love XC2 but from everything I have seen so far I believe XC3 is gonna be the best Xenoblade game, the fact you can actually switch between characters during battle makes the combat better than pervious games.

Not to mention better and cleaner UI and MUCH better QOL features and based on the previews the engine is much better optimized this time around.

Every Xenoblade games have their own tone they are going for.

If had to make a comparison, XC3 going for same tone as shows like 86.

Much more about war and existential crisis.

I'm just afraid it'll be a lot like XC1, which is my least favorite Xeno game. Yes, I like XS2 more than XC1.
