A co-worker of mine was generous enough to gift me a fresh bottle of Silver Spring brand Everything Bagel Mustard he had found at a local grocery store

Guy knew I had an affinity for everything bagels and both he and I talk food more often than not. We took the spicy one-chip challenge together! 😹

I've been trying it on lots of things so far: sardines, hard boiled eggs, chicken breast, etc

I bet it slaps hard on ham or kielbasa

Made me wonder how many more unique mustards are out there. Do they outweigh the classics? Does D-Pad like mustard? I have a feeling D-Pad fuggin loves mustard

... or maybe they don't

WHATS YOUR FAVORITE MUSTARD?!!

GOAT condiment, maybe BBQ Sauce or Hot Sauce is the runner up. Used to tell the Subway staff extra mustard on the sandwich every time as a kid, then come home and add even more because they weren't even close to reaching their full understanding of the Golden Ratio

Hotdogs, pastrami, burgers, sausages, sandwiches, chili you gotta put it on all that if you're a part of the big dog crew

I don't like it as a condiment, but then I don't really like most condiments.

I use mustard powder all the time though in ground beef and pork, and a little bit is great in cheese sauces. I've also used mustard as a binder for rubs on pork butts and shoulders.

Maille and Koops already represented, good mustards that are relatively easy to get ahold of. I suggest anyone who only knows mustard through French's or Grey Poupon to check both of those brands out, including Inglehoffer or Beaver brand, for US Domestic availability on the regular.

The best type of potato salad is made with Creole Mustard and their is no way to argue otherwise, German potato salad notwithstanding.
