As title says.

2025 and that's barring the usual delay at least:
Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 - Looks incredible.
Greedfall II: The Dying World (Will be Early Access)
Fable
Avowed

Would need to be a gigantic and probably unrecognizable improvement over the boring as fuck first game to be of any interest:
Outer Worlds 2

Confirmed but years away:
Witcher 4
Witcher 1 Remake (No screwing with the story but its gonna happen.)
Elder Scrolls VI
Fallout V

Rumors
Oblivion Remaster
Fallout 3 Remaster

Potential
Divinity 3? Larian supposedly has an insane bigger then Baldur's Gate 3 RPG planned after their next game (so I guess 10 years from now?)
Pillars of Eternity 3?
Next Pathfinder
Rogue Trader 2?

Would like to see:
Fable 1 Anniversary patching
Fable 2 Remaster for PC
Both to get some new attention into series before the new Fable launchs. Stranger things have happened before in gaming.
Kingdoms of Amalur II: Has the potential to be incredible if a sequel building on the first games strengths and improving its weakpoints is ever greenlit.

I find Witcher so boring. Honestly, I just want TES6, I just need something Bethesda, but not an obvious mess of half baked ideas like Starfield or looter shooter crafter Fallout 4. I just want some comfy braindead dungeon exploring Skyrim 2 basically.

I hope Larian makes something in the vein of Original Sin 2 or BG3 gameplay wise but I found the Divinity setting droll.
Real time top down CRPG aren't for me, so I don't care for Obsidian's classic takes on the formula.
Avowed and Outer Worlds 2 blegh, gay-pastel modarn Obsidian slop that aren't immersive nor even Bethesda open comfy.

Clai Obscur doesn't feel like what I would call a CRPG but I am looking forward to it.

Hot babes with big jugs and 2 or 3 well written romances, unlocked through a system that involves months of in game time dedicated to social interactions with the characters before you can even start it, followed by the majority of interactions being after that point.

Seriously, beyond that, I just want new games with original premises. Not endless sequels.

Well, actually that's a lie, I'd like a prequel to Rogue Trader set in the Great Crusade.

Proper balls out, The Emperor walks amongst us, full Legions of Space Marines are flying about and shit that would make 40K armies shit themselves with fear just casually going about their business mad shit dialled up well past the first games idea of 'normal'.

With a hot Sisters of Silence babe with big jugs in the crew. That your character can romance.

Not that we are likely to get one anytime soon, but I'd like a hard Sci-fi RPG set in at a point where humanity has spread out amongst the solar system like The Expanse, but hasn't necessarily achieved interstellar travel. Something with the workaday vibe of Alien/Aliens/Outland with more grounded ships like in the expanse and space combat.

decent character gen, branching narratives, maybe some romance options and good plots (and no alien bughunt nonsense ).

Owlcat is the model to follow. They take what we loved about 90s/2000s Black Isle style CRPGs and refine it with modern sensibilities.

Don't fix what ain't broke.

I just want a classic fantasy rpg with NO DEI bullshit inserted in.

But given just how insidious the infestation of Sweet Baby Inc. and other companies like it are within the industry, this might not come to pass soon.
