So I stumbled across this YouTube video (to be honest a friend introduced me to this guy a year ago and apparently YouTube algorithm remembers it.). I never played scrabble but still this is quite interesting.
So Nigel Richard is a New Zealander who cannot speak Spanish won the Spanish Scrabble championships in his first Spanish tournament.
He has 5 world championship trophies and won the French scrabble championship twice I think without speaking French.
It's super entertaining to watch the breakdowns of his games.
