Returning from Street Fighter III, Oro retains his original moveset along with a handful of new moves. However, unlike SFIII where he sealed one of his arms, in SFV his pet turtle occupies his other hand.

Rose's destiny is fulfilled on April 19 in SFV!

The future looks bright as Rose returns to SFV with some new moves! Revealed with the SFV Winter Update program, Rose has several new moves that add a new level of depth to her gameplay.

Rose might be what I need to revisit this game. She was my main in SF4 up until more recent years when I shifted over to Cody.
 
Can't wait! The fact that this is the last season is so depressing to me. This has been my favorite fighting game EVER.
 
I mostly stopped playing this because of the loading times, they were just too ridiculous. I guess even on PS5 it's brutal, haven't even bothered trying yet.
 
I hate the sponsor messages, I know I can deactivate them, but I hate them on principle. It makes the game looks like a sports event and I fucking hate sports.
 
Is there anything to be gained from playing SFV vs playing the various SF2 incarnations and Alpha 2 (all arcade machines) on my MiSTer box?

It has by far the longest loading times out of any fighter Ive played this gen.

I figured load time improvement on ps5 would be negligible since majority of players still probably on ps4 and a match can't start any faster than they can.

Really? I never had any problems on PC except sometimes when I get someone that lags really badly. There were also some rumours that people's PS4s overheating would cause this but I really can't tell with this game's netcode. Either way compared to Tekken this game's loading screens are pretty short and they don't happen as often. Being in a lobby and hearing "Get ready for the next battle" followed by a 20s loading screen every single round kills me inside.

Yeah idk I've always found them to be really brutal on ps4. I didn't play much tekken online, but yeah it's never fun to have to wait so long between fighting game matches.
