Thread: Splatoon 3 sales top 3.45 million in first three days in Japan
Sales
I guess people really like the hype of buying a new game, regardless of its actual content. If Splatoon 3 keeps doing well, they'll just do nothing again when they release Splatoon 4.

At least Fire Emblem is still innovating as a franchise.

Not a splatoon fan, but it sounds like it has a pretty substantial campaign this time?

Anyway, good for Nintendo but I hope the team makes something different next time.

Loved Splatoon 2 and played Splatoon 3 demo, I didn't see any reason to think it's just Splatoon 2 at full price.
It seems to basically be the same as Splatoon 1 but with Tableturf battle. Even reading up on the new features most of them seem to just be new specials and weapons. All of these things are basically a big DLC pack and could have been done in Splatoon 2.

I'm really on the fence as Splatoon 2 was probably my most played Switch title but......it's a tough sell at full price
