Yeah that doesn't look too hot. Trees look especially weak? What's up with the leafs, look chunky and not detailed, reflections are also super pixelated. You sure it's not running on the 3050?

The game looks honestly insane at times, this engine is an absolute gem tbh. Having that running at 100 - 130 fps looks and feels special.

Indoor lighting is awesome as well. If the devs just weren't retarded, so much potential wasted on diversity and mid writing.

That's Star Wars Outlaws, the female power fantasy lol. It's kinda decent if you accept that like 3/4 of the important characters are female and the Empire has a female quota.

Make sure to add the extra launch parameters to unlock the max settings, they add another level of quality to the lighting... If your GPU can take it. But fuck me, does it look good. Looks great without the secret settings as well though.

I settled with all max, 3440x1440p, DLSS (transformer model) Quality, and simple frame gen, getting 100-130 fps on average, being able to basically lock it to 100fps.... On a 5090, that is.

It looks great. I never really bothered checking for it at all, same with AC Shadows although I've seen some good pics on this forum for that game too.

I went back to a few other games and it's kinda baffling after getting used to this level of lighting quality to be thrown into other bland flat looking shit. Great interiors.

It's an awesome engine and scales well even down to slower systems. In a perfect world, this would replace UE5 with it's fucked up streaming issues. I hope Ubi gets back on track and use the engine for some better games that aren't leftist fantasies.

I had a lot of fun with both Division games. I feel like right after those is where I stopped caring so much about Ubisoft releases.

I tried the latest version of The Crew on 2 hour trial, but it was evident the game was under heavy DEI influence in the first 5 minutes alone. And I just don't find it palatable, it ruins the fun. One drop of ink clouds the water. And that was another game that was really visually impressive.

UE5 has definitely been underwhelming, even as a base and now pro PS5 gamer. It seems to have as many bad things going for it as good in the titles I have played.

The best looking games I have played recently are not UE5. They would be UE4 (FF7R is amazing), CryEngine and Decima.
