Insane.
I don't think ANY ceo of public traded companies should be pain in millions. This is insane.
If I was a shareholder, seeing 73million yearly going to a ceo who, let's be clear... does nothing really, is a scam.

This has to stop and I am talking about ceos earning tens-hundreds of millions of dollars. It's insane and shameless while video games industry burns

Yea FUCK this ass clown. He laid me off along with thousands of others. Fire him, fire Spencer, fire Booty, fire Bond and guess what MS and Xbox would probably do much better. Their SLT is GARBAGE.

Similar to my belief that politicians should only be paid the average wage for the people they represent, I'd make it law that the highest paid member of any company can only be paid up to 100 times the salary of the lowest paid, and no more than 50 times the average salary.

That way if the execs wanted a pay rise, they'd need to pay everyone else more first.

At this point, the entire executive engine at Microsoft needs to be unceremoniously replaced. They have literally let down shareholders and caused hemorrhaging in divisions that were once healthy (or at least healthiER). Why should they remain employed with those results, let alone being given increases? Nadella had his shot, he fucked it up and should be down the road. Spencer has had like 10 shots, and he's fucked every single one of them up, yet that Cheshire cat motherfuck still has a job. It's lunacy, literally lunacy that he is still employed. The only thing I can think of is that he is FUCKING someone, because he damn sure isn't being kept around based on performance.

Not the average. Should be paid multiple of averages... maybe 10.
But not millions or tens of millions.
just ENOUGH to not be drawn into corruption too much

No investor gives a single, solitary fuck about any of this. They care about their capital gains, and they care about their dividends. Satya makes their numbers go up, Satya gets paid more to keep him on-board so nobody else can poach him.

MS has a higher market cap than the GDP of most countries on this planet, hell they have a higher net profit than the GDP of a lot of nations, and most of that growth was done under the man's leadership. Where is this narrative that MS isn't making absolute ass-loads of profit?

CEO salaries should be tied to EBIDTA. It should be a fixed fraction of a percent that has performance based step ups to it. And then with that, stock options are no longer a thing for them.

What kind of commie nonsense is this? The CEO is the most important person in a company, of course he should make millions if he makes the right decisions. My MSFT stonk has been going up up up for years while paying decent dividends, and Nutella has been directly responsible for that, so he can have his millions. Simple as.

A raise? I thought they were praising him for reducing his bonus! 🤦‍♂️
