Is it that hard to properly adapt RE series? The plot and the setting look simple enough from the games.

I guess my biggest issue is they're more worried about aggravating people than they are making a good show. Every time I sit down to watch a Netflix original I know immediately what's coming. Strong, lesbian and a black guy white girl couple. Every single one lol. I have no issue with gay folks or interracial dating but for fucks sake there's more couples out there than just black guys with white chicks. Maybe throw an Asian dude with a black woman in there. Or a random gay Muslim dude. If you're going to be diverse actually be diverse.

On a more serious note, this is annoying people on purpose and/or using a well known name as a vessel for something else. Nothing will harm my love for the classic series though, no matter how many gallons of piss they release.

I seriously do not remember any black lesbians in London in Resident Evil, but I kind of stopped at 5 so maybe thats the direction the series went in.
