Im still getting the no audio bug since launch. When i turn on system there is just no sound to tv. Only way to fix it is unplug tv power chord and plug it back in. The tv is a new Sony. How can they not play nice with each other. Its irritating as fuck. I have an xbox and all kinds of other random systems hooked up to it. PS4 Pro before as well. Why can't they fix this crap with an update? It's still happening to alot of people.

You using an external speaker/sound bar via eArc HDMI? I ask cuz I have a Sony tv (X950G) and a Sony sound bar attached by eARC and if I start messing with audio levels before the two handshake on boot (takes ~10-15s) I will sometimes have no audio (PS5 agnostic). Of course a simple soft reboot is all that is needed to remedy (most of teh time). However using media apps on the TV will sometimes lock up or just fail to sign in and it will require a hard boot and power drain.

None of it was unique to a PS5 though was more bugs with the TV and/or the sound bar.
