There goes my interest.Free to play
On a game like this, what were you hoping for? The real world card game requires you to buy packs of cards to play. You're going to have to earn packs of cards in this digital card game one way or the other, and I imagine it's a hell of a lot easier to gain cards by buying them just like in the real world. So what gives? There goes my interest.
Haha, right. They forgot the last part "Pay to have fun."Free to play.
You did know that there is a Game Boy version without any microtransactions, yeah?On a game like this, what were you hoping for? The real world card game requires you to buy packs of cards to play. Okay so pump $30 into it and have fun.You did know that there is a Game Boy version without any microtransactions, yeah?
You made it sound like microtransactions are the only way a game like this would work. The Game Boy version proves otherwise. Also, it's the 3DS Virtual Console so it's only like $5.Okay so pump $30 into it and have fun.![]()
I wanted a game like the GBC games from around twenty years ago. With modern cards. On a game like this, what were you hoping for? The real world card game requires you to buy packs of cards to play. No, I missed that one. I didn't really jump on board until GBA.You did know that there is a Game Boy version without any microtransactions, yeah?
Didn't mean to make it sound that way. It's just that it makes sense given the real world equivalent is packs of cards that you purchase. From my vantage point, at least they will give you a means of obtaining cards for "free." Otherwise, this thing is going no where. You made it sound like microtransactions are the only way a game like this would work. The Game Boy version proves otherwise. I understand now. I imagine that it's the fact that people can use real money to get more cards and better cards sooner that is dampening your enthusiasm for the game, right?I wanted a game like the GBC games from around twenty years ago. With modern cards.
