Almost every outplayed basic bitch platitude. Especially "you got this" which thankfully has had a sharp drop off in usage in the last few years.

As a non native speaker, I don't get annoyed by any phrase I can think of. Maybe because I'm not exposed to the language all the time.

Sorry to interrupt

*person then proceeds to interrupt a work presentation pointing out something is technically incorrect because of this one special case that happened to them 3 years ago so not only is the general presentation wrong but now 70 other people now need to listen to the presenter politely tell the person yes thats true but its such a rare case that it will only confuse newer people if they delve into it here and now to which the person agrees then makes a mumbled statement about just letting you know or some such shit

Had it happen last Thursday and i think at least once a quarter with some fuckhead in any presentation

People that type U instead of you, are you that lazy U can't add the other 2 letters .....oops.

People that say "listen" when starting a sentence I purposely tune people out when I hear that.

"I can't even" and end it like that , you can't even what ? Spit it out fuck face.

"I'm literally shaking" when not used for comedy

Meetings with management could be wild. Every "fuckhead" suddenly have something to say to show to bosses how important they are and how attentive to details they are. Usually leads to wasting a lot of time for nothing.
